My Thoughts
This is the perfect sturdy board book for little ones. The colorful pages, interesting text, and of course ability to feel the texture on each page make this a book that’s sure to find its way into your favorite books.
Even though most kids won’t be old enough to read this book, the text is eye-catching. The font and colors continually change. And in my opinion, if you’re attempting to teach recognition of various words, this makes it easier to do.
The left side of the spread contains a very short rhyming verse, while the right is of the animal.
You MUST NEVER TOUCH A SKUNK. That IDEA really STINKS. He’ll SPRAY his SMELLY SCENT before there’s even TIME to THINK!

Though the colors aren’t identical and I didn’t change any fonts, this is an example of how much fun the text is. I don’t think it will take too long before toddlers are recognizing certain words and asking you to read this book over and over.

The silicone textures provided for touching and various colors and designs feel perfect for this type of book. Each page is designed to delight and capture interest.
