Born and raised in Brewster,
New York, Sara Larca discovered her passion for writing while doing the things
she loves most: taking photographs and traveling the world. Her first book,
Hidden Wings, is inspired by events in the lives of close friends, as well as
personal experience. It was her desire to spread a message of hope and
understanding, coupled with her special connection to elephants, that helped
this story and its characters come to life. In her free time, she enjoys
baking, drawing, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
